"The quality exceeded expectations, and they were an instant hit. The long side zippers make the pants easy to put on and take off, adding a great level of convenience. The customer service team was also outstanding, making the size exchange process quick and easy. A larger size was initially ordered, thinking they would need to fit over other clothing, but they ended up being too big. Exchanging them for the regular size resulted in the perfect fit. "Great pants! I love that they completely zip off. I had a pair of wool base layers on, my Kodiak pants, the Ptarmigan puffy pants, and the Nebo pants on top. The fit was great. They do not bind up on my legs, and the waist is not tight either. I love that there is a lace hook to keep the bottom of the pants from ridding up over your boots. Great price and great gear!"
