"The merino wool bottoms do great in supporting warmth even in cold weather. The first pair I received was a size that was a bit too big because I couldn’t try them on. I emailed to see if I could swap them out for a size smaller and received a reply that evening. Sending them back and getting the new pair was very painless. This experience made shopping online for clothing amazing."
