Designed to conquer the mountains, the Kaibab 300 is a universal core insulation layer made from Superfine merino wool. It packs a punch at 300 grams per square meter, maintaining core temperature and is meant to be layered right against your skin.
No other fabric breathes like merino wool, which makes it the perfect choice for constructing this remarkable base layer. With the ability to absorb 35 per cent of its weight in water without feeling wet, and then quickly discharge it into the environment, merino wool is the most breathable material out there. Now, it features full-length zippers to quickly add and remove from your layering system.
Recommended Use: This is a mid-heavy weight base layer meant for all-season use.
