We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable functional lifespan of the product.

Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear, misuse, or deterioration from extended use.

Warranty Eligibility

  • Applies to products used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Covers manufacturing defects within the product's reasonable functional lifespan.

  • Product lifetime refers to the usable life of the gear, not the lifetime of the owner.

  • Lifespan depends on usage, conditions, care, and overall product condition.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

What Our Warranty Covers

Verified manufacturing defects, including:

  • Materials: Premature fabric or material failure due to manufacturing defects.

  • Zippers: Defective zipper materials, construction, or installation.

  • Buttons, buckles, and closures: Failures caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

  • Seams and stitching: Premature separation caused by manufacturing defects.

  • Coatings and lamination: Premature peeling or delamination resulting from manufacturing defects.

  • Craftsmanship: Other verified manufacturing or assembly defects.

Important: Component failure alone does not establish a manufacturing defect. Product age, condition, and usage are considered when evaluating claims.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear or products beyond their reasonable functional lifespan.

  • Zippers worn or damaged through extended use, excessive force, debris, or improper maintenance.

  • Abrasion, punctures, tears, cuts, burns, or damage from conditions beyond intended use.

  • Improper washing, drying, storage, or care.

  • Misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Cosmetic deterioration or gradual performance loss from aging and use.

  • Branded lifestyle apparel, including t-shirts and hoodies.

  • Socks, underwear, and boxers.

Warranty Claim Assessment

All claims are reviewed by SKRE, considering:

  • Product age and overall condition.

  • Extent of wear and evidence of use.

  • Nature and location of the failure.

  • Whether the issue reflects a manufacturing defect or normal deterioration.

  • Maintenance history, where relevant.

A failed component on a heavily worn garment does not automatically qualify for warranty coverage, even if that component is normally covered.

SKRE reserves the right to determine eligibility following a reasonable assessment.

Warranty Resolution

For approved claims, SKRE may:

  • Repair the defective product.

  • Replace it with the same or a comparable product.

  • Offer an alternative resolution when repair or replacement is impractical.

Replacement is not guaranteed when a reasonable repair can restore functionality.
