Exactly what I hoped for!
"I have been looking for new pack. Something versatile, durable, and not flashy. I found this Timberline pack on sale and pulled the trigger. This thing is exactly what i wanted. Im an Elk hunter. I move. . . up down and around all day, until the season ends or I tag out. I dont need to bring the entire camp with me, but essentials. . . food, water, spare clothes, rope. . . . etc. This pack came in, and it is framed, large main pocket, some extra bells anf whistles. . . a weapon release (i look forward to figuring that out) and hydration compatible. I wish it came with a bladder already, but thats not going to break the deal. I love the FDE coloring. . . great for every use from hunting to hiking. I cant wait to put this thing to work!"

Good pack, great features!
"I’ve only had it on one day trip for shed hunting. I picked it up for guiding. Looking forward to putting it to work. First trip was good. Ran it heavy on purpose to see how it would feel and it was good!"

Timberline 2400
"Brand new to bow hunting and this backpack was perfect, except it allowed me to carry more than I needed into the woods. Great pack!"

need to make adjustments
"everything else good, except the metal frame that goes on your back, it made of two pieces and it falls apart easily, and the metal frame has weird arch/curve that meant to align with your back but very uncomfortable, and due to the frame the inside is narrowed, does not fit much stuff, but the main issue is the the two pieces frame can separate easily."

Mindboggled
"Ok I am not typically one for leaving reviews, but it is has been eating me up so here goes. Arguably the single most important feature on a pack is the hip belt. This is key for the carrying of weight on your hips and not your shoulders, so comfort around your iliac crest is paramount. This is honestly a major fail for SKRE. Aside from a 4" padded portion at the start of the belt, which look like Tyrannosaurus Rex arms, there is no padding on the waist belt. . . . mindboggling!! This pack is advertised as both a day pack and a multiday pack, but I don't see how this is possible as it is barely a day pack given its lacking suspension system. Through a series of unfortunate events, my son lost everything he had, so to help rebuild his material belongings, I bought this pack as a gift for him and could not wait to give it to him, until I pulled it out of the box. . . . I felt embarrassed. The pack is now at an upholstery store waiting to have my spare KIFARU waist belt sewn to the T-Rex arms, thus making it at least usable. Having said all that, it still got three stars as the all around construction quality seems pretty good, other wise the stars would be less. Sorry SKRE, sometimes you need to hear the truth so you can improve. Mike T"
