VIP SIZING EXCHANGE & RETURNS

VIP SIZING EXCHANGES:

As an online retailer, we understand that occasionally an item purchased from us will not fit exactly as you wish and exchange is wanted. 

Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we will take care of your shipping cost to get you outfitted with the correct size of each item.

Three easy steps:

1. Make sure the items have not been used in the field, original tags still attached, in the original undamaged bag, and the initial purchase was from Skre Canada

2. Follow the prompts on the next screen. (Click here to get started)

3. Allow 7-14 days from when you drop off the package

NOTE: If your items do not have original tags attached or the original bags are damaged, any exchange shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Only one exchange back and forth is available on applicable items. Any exchanges after will be at the expense of the customer. Any items returned for a refund after an exchange was done will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.

These items ARE NOT included in our VIP exchange: All printed apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies), any hats, accessories including all beanies, gloves, belts, socks, gaiters, and the Gunner Vest.

In the event of a return, we pay the shipping cost to send any unwanted items back to us up to 30 days after you've received your order. Returns can be done after 30 days but we will not cover the shipping cost. Returns before 40 days will be exchanged, returns before 90 days can be exchanged for instore credit, and returns after 90 days will not be accepted.


- SKRE will accept unused, unworn products, in an unaltered condition, with original tags and bags, originally purchased direct from SKRE.

- By law, the product(s) must be sent back clean.

- All returns and exchanges must have a prepaid return label.
